PREFAB SUPPORT SUMMER ROLE
We are looking for motivated individuals 17 years of age or older to join our production team in a hands-on support role. This position is focused on helping improve workflow efficiency and supporting our plasma cutting, kitting, and fabrication operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role plays an important part in keeping production moving efficiently. By supporting plasma table operations and assisting the kitting team, you will help increase throughput in forming, kitting, and downstream manufacturing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Label parts as they come off the plasma cutting tables.

Sort and place parts into designated bins for the kitting team.

Serve as a parts runner by locating and transporting parts from various prefab areas to the kitting team.

Assist with 5S initiatives, including workplace cleaning, organization, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Support production teams by helping streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks.
QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 17 years of age or older.

Must be able to lift 30 lbs +

Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to walk throughout the facility and handle physical tasks.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
