What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional approach
- Build relationships by understanding customers' needs and lifestyle
- Guide customers through our wide selection of furniture and mattresses
- Recommend products that deliver the best value and fit their home
- Stay knowledgeable on products, promotions, and financing options
- Prepare quotes and accurately complete sales transactions
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily showroom operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (furniture experience is an asset)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing personality
- A professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven sales environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Available to work weekends and statutory holidays (required)
