Support the Profitability team activities of Bombardier’s Supply Chain organization;- Lead Profitability projects that are assigned in a timely manner;
- Ensure Supply Chain overall strategy meets and support’s Bombardier’s corporate strategy;
- Plan and facilitate key meetings across Profitability teams and senior management;
- Lead cross-organizational reviews and strategic initiatives within Supply Chain strategy;
- Communicate on a regular basis with key stakeholders, especially with executives, on the progress of the projects under your responsibility;
- Develop a network of internal and external contacts to support information-gathering and analysis;
- You hold an undergraduate degree with a strong concentration in an analytical discipline.
- Graduate or Master's degree in operations management or a master of business administration (MBA) from a world-class academic institution would be an asset;
- You have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in a strategic environment in the Manufacturing industry;
- You have strong research & analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to details;
- You have knowledge of the aerospace industry and contracting processes (an asset);
- You have ability for synthesis and for presentation of complex information;
- You have the ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters;
- You are able to multi-task under a highly demanding and continuously changing environment;
- You have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (from senior management to staff);
- You have a strong team spirit and leadership abilities and you demonstrate flexibility;
- You are able to meet tight deadlines;
- You are proficient in Intermediate PowerPoint and Advanced Excel;
