Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide knowledgeable assistance on gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance products.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
- Assist customers with product selection
- Maintain attractive product displays through effective merchandising techniques to enhance customer engagement.
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle cashier duties accurately, including processing payments via cash or electronic methods and issuing receipts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues professionally.
- Contribute to store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Communicate product features clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging a diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store presentation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while providing attentive customer service.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
