Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep all supplies stocked.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products that enhance nail care and overall client satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services or products to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A valid cosmetology license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and staying updated on beauty trends.
