Position Summary:
- Process customer orders in accordance with department procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Communicate with customers to streamline order acceptance and processing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate internally to complete customer requests.
- Maintain accurate order-processing records, including digital and hardcopy records.
Typical Duties:
- Utilize ERP to process customer orders and maintain accurate order information.
- Validate orders for processing (product specifications, pricing, shipping details, billing, etc.).
- Communicate with product managers and designers to streamline order processing activities.
- Work with production schedulers and planners when order rescheduling is needed.
- Request missing customer information to streamline order processing.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding production updates and delivery schedules.
- Manage change orders and cancellations.
- Process return material requests and ensure timely resolution.
Education:
Post secondary education in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
Experience:
5 Years experience in Customer Service, including orders processing and commercial lifecycle
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP systems
- Proficient in English
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
