ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a fast-growing home services company operating across exterior cleaning, pest control, and permanent LED lighting — and we're expanding our sales team.
This is a door-to-door, commission-driven position where your income is entirely in your hands. You'll be trained from the ground up by founders who've spent a decade in D2D sales and personally earned over $200K per year.
If you're hungry, coachable, and willing to put in the work — this is the highest-paying entry-level opportunity in the Lower Mainland.
COMPENSATION
- Earning potential: $1,000 – $2,000 + per week
- Aggressive commission structure — no cap on earnings
- Top reps earn more. Your effort sets the ceiling.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
You'll go door to door in residential neighbourhoods across the Lower Mainland, presenting our home services packages to homeowners. You'll generate leads, quote jobs on the spot, and close sales. Daily team check-ins, ongoing coaching, and performance tracking keep you accountable and growing fast.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You're competitive and motivated by money — commission sales should excite you, not scare you
- You're coachable and willing to follow a proven process
- You have strong communication skills and aren't afraid to talk to strangers
- You're reliable — show up, work your hours, and follow through
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
- No prior sales experience needed — we'll train you from day one
