Contracted Social Worker
Anchor Rehabilitation & Support Services
This is an independent-contractor role with flexible hours and the option for virtual and/or community-based service delivery.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling, psychosocial support, and system navigation
- Assist with discharge planning and return-to-community transitions
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, case managers, and family supports
- Maintain clinical documentation according to professional standards
- Deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe, client-centred care
You’re a strong match if you:
- Are registered and in good standing with the College of Social Workers (MCSW)
- Hold RSW or MSW credentials (or are eligible for registration)
- Have experience in brain injury, mental health, community support, hospital transitions, or crisis-informed practice
- Are comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote model
- Carry professional liability insurance

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Vulnerable Sector Check (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Class G Licence (required)
- Masters Degree: Social Work or BCBA/ABA (required)
