Expected Earnings: $75,000–$120,000+ per year (Commission Based)
AK Level & Polish Inc. is hiring an experienced Construction Sales Manager responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and closing projects.
This is a high-commission position, with earnings based on gross profit from every job sold. Top performers who consistently meet or exceed their sales targets will have the opportunity to earn well beyond the advertised range. Additional performance bonuses and incentives are available after successfully completing the probation period.
Requirements:
- Proven construction sales experience
- Strong prospecting, networking, follow-up, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to consistently meet sales quotas
- Valid G driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and excellent communication skills
- Organized, accountable, and driven to produce results
