Duties

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow proper food safety procedures at all times during meal preparation and service
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service roles
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food handling and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and presentation standards
- Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
