Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Budtender to join our team. We are looking for someone one Cannabis Dispensary experience in Canada, and somebody who wants to make a career in Cannabis. We have room for career growth at the store level, and beyond.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized display of products, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and new arrivals to customers.
- Manage time efficiently to handle customer inquiries while maintaining service quality during peak hours.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and local regulations related to cannabis sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain product displays.
- Time management abilities to balance multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better assist our diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for processing transactions smoothly.
- A passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to educate others about its benefits.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
