Day to Day
As a Marketing Director for Canada, Mexico and Brazil, you will create our strategy and develop integrated marketing plans for the employer and job seeker market. This senior marketer will have experience in creating scalable programs with demonstrable impact on market awareness, user acquisition, and influencing revenue. This is a highly strategic role with the opportunity to transform how people find jobs and companies hire. In this position, you will be successful by being a great Marketing leader and a role-model Director.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice of the market towards the rest of the organization by understanding key segments, market dynamics, competitors and customer/user needs
- Set Canada, Mexico and Brazil B2C and B2B Marketing strategy while working with broader stakeholders including central marketing teams (Brand, Job Seeker, Employer, PR) and other local key stakeholders, including Sales, CS and CSI
- Develop the marketing plan with the central and Finance teams and manage it for those programs executed in-country (e.g., Brand Campaign (TV, Digital), Mid or Lower funnel activities, Demand Gen activities, etc)
- Deliver Brand Metrics (Awareness, Unaided Consideration etc), Operational Metrics (Account Creates etc), and ROI by coworking with central Marketing Analytics, BI, Brand, Job Seeker and Employer teams
- Partner with and influence multiple global functions beyond Marketing (BI, Sales, Client Success, Finance, Strategy) to achieve the best results for the region
- Negotiate the goals and KPIs to effectively track down performance in country
- Manage and develop a team by mentoring and leading by example. Attract and retain amazing talent that gets inspired by your vision
Skills/Competencies
- 8+ years experience in delivering successful marketing strategies in fast growing organizations
- B2C and B2B Marketing background
- Understanding of Brand building, agency management and Performance Marketing
- Experience in selling online products or services
- Comfort with ambiguity and entrepreneurship
- Data-drive with strong numerical skills
- Team leadership experience in international organization
- Strong networking skills, experience building effective relationships with international stakeholders
- Bilingual written and verbal communications skills: French, Spanish and/or Portuguese is an asset

Salary Range Transparency
Toronto 153,000 - 207,000 CAD per year
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
