Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the floor and lead service from the front
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow
- Support and coach front-of-house staff in real time
- Open/close the restaurant and oversee daily operations
- Handle cash-outs, reports, and deposits
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Assist with scheduling, payroll support & inventory
- Support events and group functions
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years restaurant (front-of-house) experience
- 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Smart Serve & Food Handler certifications (required)
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
- Reliable, organized, and guest-focused
