Leasing Agent (5+ Years Experience)
We are currently seeking a highly professional and results-driven Leasing Agent to support the management and leasing of a large, multi-building residential portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in residential leasing, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and professionally present available rental units to prospective residents
- Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both prospective and current residents
- Perform regular market surveys and analyze competitive rental data to support pricing and marketing strategies
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries, demonstrating strong communication and follow-up skills
- Manage multiple priorities, adapting to changing demands with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and organized leasing records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential leasing or property management
- Demonstrated success in sales, closing, and resident retention
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presentation
- Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with property management systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
