Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track materials for production/ transfer and sales orders
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming materials and components
- Manage stock in and out accurately and timely
- Perform and manage cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and material shortages
- Issue materials to the production floor and support warehouse operation
- Maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP/SBT system
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, finance teams and vendors to align supply planning with business needs
- Support continuous improvement of material handling and inventory processes
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with process requirements.
- Others following supervisor’s instruction
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow and information flow
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, Data analysis, and system troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of BOMs, part numbers, and production jobs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained) is an asset
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
