What you’ll do
- Implement and uphold cleaning protocols that meet industry standards for hygiene and safety
- Manage laundry services, ensuring efficiency and quality control throughout the process
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the facility
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and communication with team members
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience in hospitality settings
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising cleaning or janitorial teams
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in hospitality settings
