We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quotation Specialist to join our growing team in the custom lighting industry.
Individual must be able to :
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for custom lighting projects.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure complete and accurate proposals.
- Analyze costs, pricing, and product configurations.
- Respond promptly to quotation requests and customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent analytical skills.
- Good understanding of electrical principles; lighting knowledge is a strong asset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
