Duties
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe and efficient workflow for all procedures
- Assist dentists during various treatments with precision and care.
- Manage patient records using dental practice management software(Cleardent) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using CAD technology when necessary.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including insurance documentation and billing processes
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Dental Assistant Level I or II from an accredited program with current licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry for accurate communication and documentation
- Experience working with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools for digital impressions or restorations is a plus
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols, sterilization procedures, and OSHA standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and external providers

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
