Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales process through on-site measurements, accurate pricing assistance, and professional proposal preparation for renovation projects.
Responsibilities
- Accompany the Sales Manager to potential job sites and client consultations
- Perform precise on-site measurements and document existing conditions
- Assist with material takeoffs, cost pricing, and preparing accurate estimates
- Support the preparation of professional proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Help maintain organized project documentation, records, and client files
- Participate in handover meetings with the estimation and project management team
- Promote the best interest of Reborn Renovations at all times
- Provide strong administrative support to the Sales Manager
- Assist in follow-ups with clients and subcontractors when required
- Use Buildertrend and Microsoft Office to support the sales process
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction, renovation, sales support, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable taking accurate measurements on active job sites
- Basic understanding of residential renovation pricing and materials
- Experience with Buildertrend software is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
