Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our construction and restoration team.those who are experienced in exterior and interior work This role involves performing a variety of painting and labor tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction painting and using hand and power tools. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as needed
- Apply primer and paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment on residential, commercial, or industrial sites
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during various tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout projects
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction painting, restoration, or industrial painting preferred
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to painting and carpentry
- Ability to perform rigging tasks safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of caulking techniques and surface preparation methods
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed
- Experience with residential or commercial painting projects is a plus
- Construction or related trade certifications are advantageous but not required

Pay: $17.85-$33.73 per hour
