Senior Plumber — Division Lead | Base + Profit Share | Build Something That's Yours

If you've spent 20–30 years in the trade, you know your worth. You've probably thought about running your own operation — but the risk of going fully independent isn't worth it right now. This role gives you the best of both worlds.
We're Infills Mechanical, a growing Calgary mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC for infill residential, multifamily, and light commercial projects. We're expanding into plumbing and need the right person to lead that division from day one.
You run the work. We handle the customers, contracts, invoicing, and admin.
What's In It For You
- Base salary $55,000–$65,000 depending on experience
- Profit share: 15–20% of the plumbing division's net profit, paid quarterly

How the profit share works: Plumbing division revenue minus direct costs equals division profit. You get 15–20% of that number every quarter. Full transparency — you'll see the numbers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Quote and estimate plumbing jobs — residential service calls, new construction, light commercial
- Schedule and manage your own workload
- Hire and mentor apprentices as the division grows
- Work alongside our HVAC team to offer bundled mechanical packages to builders
- Build repeat customer relationships — plumbing service calls are consistent, reliable work
- Maintain quality and get inspections passed first time
What We Need
- Red Seal Journeyman Plumber — Alberta certified (required)
- 15+ years hands-on experience across residential service and new construction
- Comfortable quoting and pricing jobs on your own
- Valid Alberta driver's licence, clean abstract
- Experience managing or mentoring apprentices is a big plus
- Some office or admin experience is a plus — you don't need to be an accountant, just organized
