About ITPHub (AIMGA)
ITPHub is a non-profit organization committed to advancing equitable access to meaningful careers in Canada’s healthcare system for Internationally Trained Physicians (ITPs). We support ITPs through the licensure process and, where needed, through alternative healthcare career pathways that recognize and honour their education and expertise.

The Opportunity
ITPHub is seeking a creative storyteller and master of clarity with specialized skills and experience in graphic design, member engagement and communications. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for maintaining and elevating ITPHub's brand through member communications, social media, promotional flyers and other communications collateral. This role will improve engagement with members through our communications materials and quarterly focus groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Related Work
- Design, coordinate and deliver promotional materials such as brochures, business cards, letterhead, exhibit materials, program materials, newsletter, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Formatting reports, newsletters, and proposals
- Creating visuals for all social media posts, blog posts, video graphics for campaigns, and Q&A videos
- Collaborate with other staff to promote the programs and services
- Branding AIMGA's resources and signage
Social Media Responsibilities
- Serve and grow our social media presence by managing various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and LinkedIn; while ensuring relevant content distribution and brand alignment
- Create and post using our ITPHub blog once a month
Coordination Related Work
- Coordinate online and in-person membership engagement sessions to gather member feedback and to improve client engagement with our technology (ITPHub and Ally), programs, and services
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on program outcomes and impact for internal and external purposes
Administrative Duties
- Maintain materials, resources, and information using the shared drive
- Liaise with internal team members to coordinate and gather relevant information needed for ITPHub's program calendar
- Marketing to members and others using social media and MailChimp
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications and/or graphic design required
- Portfolio or work samples, showing experience
Requirements:
- Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Graphic design and brand management experience
- Able to use MailChimp
- Excellent oral and written communication, ability to address multiple audiences in a variety of small and large settings, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to detail, well organized, able to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain rapport with members and provide an experience that is consistent with the values of ITPHub
- Collaborative, energetic, and resourceful work style
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience working with internationally trained professionals or newcomers is an asset with an understanding of the impact of loss of professional identity
- English required; French bilingualism is an asset
