Responsibilities
As an Implementation Consultant, you'll be working with our services team and clients on various types of engagements. This includes:
- Possess strong ability and willingness to learn software and internal functions;
- Lead clients in installation, utilization, and configuration of software;
- Lead discovery sessions and finalize appropriate business requirements;
- Strong in eliciting client requirements and directly translating ideas into appropriate solutions;
- Provide technical oversight to the team of consultants and conduct self with a high level of expertise;
- Recommend best practices to facilitate and compile test scripts, test cases, and overall testing plans;
- Support Implementation Team during testing phases, provide constructive feedback;
- Set concise expectations, plan next steps, monitor project status and communication risk factors to Project Management Team;
- Maintain strong interpersonal rapport with clients, provide an approachable open line of communication;
- Display flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing a software;
- Great interpersonal communication skills & ability to interact with clients;
- Great analytical skills with positive “can do” attitude;
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree or recognized technical diploma in Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline;
- Knowledge and capability of working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, applying complex formulae, and creating pivot tables;
- Practical hands-on experience with SQL, JavaScript, Rest API, and Python is an asset;
- Any experience working with Varicent, Xactly, CallidusCloud or Optymyze is an asset;
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
