How the job works:
Answer inbound calls and actively convert the calls into sales
Focus on the QUALITY of the call, not the talk time
No scripting, we want you to show your sales savvy
Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
Learn the ins and outs of small businesses across several different industries
Follow-up with potential and existing customers
Support and work as a team player
Shifts are provided and evaluated every 90 days and assigned based on performance (possible weekends and/or holidays)

How to be great in this role:
Have some consultative sales experience
Meet quality, efficiency and revenue goals
Must be very driven to succeed
Work hard every day, be coachable and bring a positive attitude
Comfortable using a computer and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Foster in an environment of coaching and feedback
Must be an active listener and problem solver
Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent
Strong work ethic
