Position Overview:
The Final Mile High-Value Client Care Liaison plays a critical role in delivering white-glove service to our most important clients. This role bridges the gap between operations, logistics, and client-facing communications to ensure a seamless final mile delivery experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service and logistics, excels under pressure, and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients throughout the final mile delivery process.
- Monitor and coordinate end-to-end delivery activities to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and service excellence.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding scheduling, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
- Partner with logistics teams and third-party carriers to ensure proper handling of sensitive, high-value items.
- Resolve escalations promptly and effectively, with a focus on preserving client satisfaction and brand trust.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, delivery milestones, and incident reports.
- Recommend improvements in processes or systems to enhance the client experience.
- Track KPIs related to client satisfaction, delivery success rates, and issue resolution efficiency.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding service performance and client trends.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in client services, logistics coordination, or a related field.
- Experience with high-net-worth clients or premium service delivery preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer concerns.
- Knowledge of final mile logistics, transportation software, and CRM systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or sensitive situations.
