Great Canadian Oil Change is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Lube & Tire Technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry.
No extensive experience is required — we provide hands-on training. If you enjoy working with vehicles, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced team environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and basic preventative maintenance services
- Assist with tire services including tire rotations and seasonal tire changes
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections under technician supervision
- Check and top up vehicle fluids such as coolant and washer fluid
- Install air filters, cabin filters, batteries, and wiper blades
- Follow company safety procedures and service standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient service times
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Qualifications
- Interest in starting a career in the automotive industry
- Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn hands-on skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn
