Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt responses
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences from planning through execution
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to ensure clarity and accuracy
- Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and liaising with team members to ensure timely completion
- Oversee office management duties such as supply inventory, front desk operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar
- Excellent typing speed along with transcription and proofreading abilities for document accuracy
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating high attention to detail
- Prior experience in event planning, data entry, filing systems, customer service, and clerical tasks is highly desirable
