Tom’s Boots & Western Wear has been part of the Stettler community since 1979, helping folks get properly outfitted for work, the ranch, the rodeo, the dance floor, and everything in between.
We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking Retail Sales Associate to join our crew.
If you know your way around a pair of boots, enjoy talking to people, and take pride in helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome customers with a friendly smile and a helping hand
- Help customers find the right boots, jeans, western wear, workwear, hats, and accessories
- Fit boots and help customers find the right size and style
- Build genuine relationships with our customers
- Keep the sales floor looking sharp and well stocked
- Unpack, price, tag, and put away new merchandise
- Operate our POS system and handle transactions
- Help with inventory and keeping the back room organized
- Create eye-catching displays and keep the store looking its best
- Work with the team to provide outstanding customer service
- Help make sure every customer walks out the door happy with what they bought
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly

Retail experience is an asset, but it isn't everything. If you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
