PURPOSE OF JOB
We are seeking a committed and dynamic individual to join our Client Administration Department located in downtown Toronto. The Client Administration team provides back office support to our Dynamic Funds clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for finance and would like a career driven by customer service. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
As the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to provide excellent service to clients by researching and resolving trade requests & you will report directly to the Assistant Manager, Client Administration. All new employees to Client Administration will complete an on-the-job training program.
Maintain a high level of service to our clients by ensuring that we process the client’s needs accurately and efficiently
Sort, scan, index, incoming mail
Process financial & non-financial mutual fund transactions
Place outbound calls to resolve NIGO items
Respond to escalated calls from clients and provide appropriate resolution and knowledge through effective communication
Investigate and track system issue and develop workarounds/solutions
Work with Assistant Manager to define and enhance procedures
Work with team to provide proactive solutions to problems and potential issues
Improve service levels by continually reviewing process/procedures and identifying opportunities for enhancements
Patriciate in special projects/assignments; perform other duties as required
Ability to speak in fluently in English and French is an asset
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in customer service or back office environment
Good call efficiency while maintaining quality customer service
Knowledge of industry databases (i.e iFAST, AWD)
Good mutual fund industry & product knowledge ( funds, account characteristics, industry knowledge)
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Good verbal & written communication skills
Ability to prioritize & organize incoming work
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Ability to multi-task
Ability to meet and maintain specified minimum productivity and quality standards
Completed post-secondary education
Canadian Investment Funds Course is an asset
