We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Beverage Window Server to become the face of of our busy beverage window in Elora.

This is a busy, customer-facing position in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently, manage multiple orders, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization while providing excellent customer service.
The role involves preparing and serving a variety of products, including slushies, soft serve ice cream, and hot beverages.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, demonstrates good judgment, and is comfortable making quick decisions during busy periods. Creativity and a willingness to contribute new ideas are also valued.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve slushies, soft serve ice cream, and hot beverages
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Manage multiple customer orders accurately in a high-volume environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking requirements
- Handle customer concerns and make appropriate decisions independently when required
- Maintain product quality and presentation standards
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the customer experience and operations
- Assist with daily opening, closing, cleaning, and general upkeep
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service, café, restaurant, or beverage environment is required
- Experience with clover is an asset
- Strong ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to make quick decisions and use sound judgment
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Creative, motivated, and willing to contribute ideas
- Must be available to consistently work most Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Must have availability for the duration of the position from now until New Year's
- This position requires consistent daytime and weekend availability and is not suitable for candidates with school schedules that conflict with the required hours
