Metal Core Atlantic is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
This position involves working directly with customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, following up on sales opportunities, and coordinating deliveries. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate deliveries and shipping schedules with customers and our warehouse team
- Work closely with team members to ensure customer needs are met
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working with computer systems and software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, industrial distribution, building supplies, construction materials, or metal products is considered an asset
Previous experience with metal products is not required. We are willing to train the right individual who brings strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a desire to learn.
