Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist with food delivery to tables or drive-thru windows when needed, ensuring timely service
- Support team members during busy periods by upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen practices
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
