The Wood Automotive Group has an exciting opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our talented and growing team!
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for preparing, processing, reconciling, and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers while ensuring compliance with factory and distributor requirements. We are looking for a Warranty Administrator with a background in automotive warranty claims; domestic manufacturer warranty experience is preferred
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Process warranty claims and verify eligibility based on manufacturer or distributor requirements
- Stay current on warranty policies, procedures, and prior approval requirements
- Prepare and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up with warranty hotlines regarding unpaid or outstanding claims
- Verify vehicle warranty coverage using OASIS
- Communicate daily with the Service Department regarding warranty repairs and documentation
- Invoice repair orders
- Maintain warranty files and supporting documentation
- Track rental vehicle claims and related records
Requirements:

2-3 years' automotive warranty administration experience preferred
- Domestic manufacturer warranty experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and administrative skills
