Overview
I’m looking for a reliable, hands-on person to manage my home while it’s rented out on Airbnb. You’ll be the go-to person to keep the house clean, cared for, and running smoothly between guest stays. This role is perfect for someone responsible, organized, and handy, who enjoys a mix of cleaning, yard work, and problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Clean and reset the house between guest stays (laundry, tidying, stocking essentials).
- Restock household items as needed (coffee, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.).
- Keep the yard maintained (cut grass, basic outdoor upkeep).
- Be the local contact for guests if issues come up while I’m unavailable.
- Let me know if anything in the house needs repairs or replacement, and coordinate with contractors if needed.
Required:
- Experience with housekeeping, property care, or Airbnb hosting.
- Flexible availability to work around guest check-in/check-out times.
- Ability to manage restocking (buying supplies and submitting receipts for reimbursement).
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication—able to text/call promptly

Pay: $20.00 per hour
