.Medora Pharmacy is an independently owned and operated community pharmacy located alongside Medora Health Centre, a new physician-led primary care clinic in Yaletown, downtown Vancouver. The pharmacy and medical clinic are separate businesses with different ownership and management. While working collaboratively to support coordinated patient care, Medora Pharmacy will operate independently and serve both clinic patients and the broader community.
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager / Lead Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations, deliver high-quality clinical care, and help grow a modern, patient-focused community pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
- Provide clinical services (medication reviews, injections, prescribing within scope)
- Lead staff, workflow, and inventory systems
- Collaborate closely with physicians to expand services and patient care
- Help build and grow the pharmacy from its early stage
Requirements
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in BC
- Minimum 5 years pharmacy experience
- Injection certification required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills
