- Minimum 2 years of college education (bachelor’s preferred)
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, wine, or retail
- Strong leadership presence with a passion for developing people
- Knowledge of wine (or eagerness to learn)
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be 19+ (BC legal serving age)
- Valid Serving It Right certification (or equivalent)
- Flexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Successful completion of required background checks
