Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member for our fast-food restaurant, Iyycburg Sagehill, Sundance, Hillhurst locations , involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and ensuring a clean and efficient dining environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the food industry, possess strong multitasking skills, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure you succeed in your role.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders with attention to detail
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including upselling menu items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food handling, or the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in serving, cashiering, or restaurant operations is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
