We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Parts Advisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers, technicians, and the sales team with all parts-related needs. You’ll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and selling parts and accessories, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring our parts department runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist retail and service customers in person, online, and over the phone
- Identify correct parts and accessories for customer and service department needs
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the parts area is clean, stocked, and appealing
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock orders, and help track fast/slow-moving items
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repair jobs
- Upsell accessories, apparel, and add-ons to enhance the customer experience
- Use dealership management software (DMS) to process transactions and manage inventory
- Stay up to date on new models, parts, and promotions from OEMs and aftermarket suppliers
- Support the sales and service teams to ensure smooth dealership operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Counterperson, or similar role (automotive, marine, or powersports industry preferred)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of powersports vehicles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with Lightspeed, CDK, or similar DMS is an asset)
- Team-oriented attitude with a passion for powersports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
