About Level Up Music School
Level Up Music School is one of Midtown Toronto’s most vibrant and fast-growing music communities. We’re currently seeking a dedicated, Part time leading to full-time Guitar Teacher to join our team and guide students of all ages to discover the joy of music, from their first song to the stage.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven teaching experience: You’ve taught regularly, privately or at a school, and you know how to keep students inspired and accountable.
- Deep musical versatility: Pop, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Fingerpicking, and Solo/Improv. Bonus: Classical, Flamenco, or Bossa Nova experience. Ukulele and Bass.
- Live performance know-how: We organize concerts all year round, you understand stage prep, rehearsals, and how to run a smooth sound check.
- A collaborative mindset: You work well with colleagues, respect structure, and contribute positively to a shared environment.
- Reliability and integrity: This role carries real responsibility, up to 70+ students may be entrusted to you based on your skill, consistency, and professionalism.
- Focus on long-term student growth and retention: You take pride in keeping students engaged, motivated, and excited to return every week.
Schedule & Growth
- Our school operates Monday to Friday (11:00 am–9:00 pm) and Saturdays (10:00 am–4:00 pm), with Sundays off.
- We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits both your availability and student demand. But right now we need someone who is able to fill Mondays Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays and Thursdays
