The Office Manager / Bookkeeper is responsible for supporting the financial and administrative operations of Blueprint Agencies. This is a part-time role that combines day-to-day bookkeeping with general office administration, helping ensure the business remains organized, financially up to date, and running efficiently.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Managing accounts payable and coordinating the timely payment of vendors, contractors, and other financial obligations
- Maintaining organized financial documentation and records for bookkeeping, year-end accounting, and tax purposes
- Administering payroll, maintaining accurate payroll records, and maintaining employee records.
The ideal candidate is proactive and comfortable identifying discrepancies, overdue accounts, upcoming obligations, and potential cash-flow concerns rather than simply recording transactions.
You should have:
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and month-end reconciliation
- Experience managing AP/AR
- Experience with payroll administration and payroll remittances
- Ability to prepare organized financial records for an external accountant/bookkeeper at year-end
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or similar
Growth Opportunity:
This position is currently part-time; however, there may be an opportunity for the role to grow for the right person.

Comfort with sales and business development would be considered an asset. Someone comfortable speaking with clients, identifying opportunities, following up on leads or existing relationships, and helping support the continued growth of the agency would be an added benefit.
