Eye Appeal Vision Care is a local Optometrist office located in West Lethbridge. We opened in 2006 and have been supported by our community ever since. We have 3 full-time doctors committed to providing the best eye care for their patients.
Our Optometric practice is a team orientated, patient-centered office. We are a high volume eyecare practice that believes in giving the best possible care to all our patients. We believe in treating every patient in a friendly and caring manner.
Eye Appeal Vision Care is looking for a strong, reliable, organized individual to join our team! We have one full-time position (40 hours per week) . This position will require you to have great patient care, effective communication skills, proficient computer skills, and time management skills to ensure smooth clinic flow.
What the role includes:
- Greeting patients, directing patient flow in clinic
- Scheduling appointments over the phone, over email, or in-person
- Managing phone calls
- Conducting preliminary testing which includes but is not limited to: autorefraction, checking intraocular pressures, capturing retinal scans/photos
- Conducting OCT and Visual Field tests
- Desire to learn about new products/technologies
- Working alongside team members and doctors to create a pleasant experience for our patients
- Light office cleaning duties
Previous employment in an eyecare practice is recommended but not required. We offer in-house training for considered candidates. This position is ideal for any individual who is interested in a long-term position.
