- With a STABLE work history
- At least 2.5 years of on-phone customer service experience / call center experience
- Start Date: ASAP
Position: REMOTE Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Loyalty Program
Type: Contract with the possibility of a Permanent Role
Operation : Monday-Friday (8 AM -10 PM ET) and Saturday (8 AM -7 PM ET).
Talents needs be fully available for any 5 days-8 hours schedule given during operation hours (non-negotiable )
Rotational shifts are provided 6 months in advance.
Location: 100% Remote, Canada-wide
Salary: $20/hour
