Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and reliable Experienced General Labourers to join our dynamic construction team for various high rise construction projects. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades and contribute to impactful building initiatives.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with precision
- Install flooring, tiles, cabinetry, and perform carpentry work as needed
- Support plumbing, electrical, masonry, welding, and painting activities to meet project specifications
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling caulking, concrete work, or operating heavy machinery
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of general labour tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of various trades including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, and concrete finishing
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship

- Minimum 3 years Construction Experience. High Rise experience an asset.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

- High Rise Construction: 3 years (preferred)
