Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and has a passion for retail sales. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Engage in retail sales activities, including promoting products and upselling when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and merchandise displays
- Answer customer inquiries clearly and professionally using effective communication skills
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify management of stock shortages or discrepancies
- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance at all times
Skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly attitude
- Ability to perform retail sales tasks confidently and proactively
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with customers and colleagues
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate cash handling and proper store presentation

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
