Tamarack Properties is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be the driving force behind exceptional tenant experiences, efficient maintenance coordination, and successful leasing—keeping our properties operating at their best.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of a residential and commercial property portfolio.
- Coordinate maintenance requests from start to finish, working with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer residential and commercial leases and renewals.
- Build strong relationships with tenants while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure our buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate contractors, obtain quotes, and oversee repairs and projects.
- Monitor vacancies, support leasing efforts, and maximize occupancy.
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in residential and commercial property management.
- Strong maintenance coordination and project management skills.
- Experience preparing and negotiating lease agreements.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of property management software (Yardi is an asset).
- Valid driver's licence.
