Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our healthcare facility. This leadership role requires a combination of clinical knowledge, administrative expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical or dental office management, proficiency with electronic medical records, and experience supervising healthcare staff. Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and customer service
- Oversee billing, coding, and documentation processes using systems such as Dentrix and electronic medical records platforms
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety protocols
- Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Monitor clinic budgets, supplies inventory, and equipment maintenance to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication and workflow
- Implement policies and procedures to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, hospital procedures, and acute care practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical or dental office management or healthcare administration
- Familiarity with AVA software and electronic medical records systems
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, billing practices, and healthcare regulations
- Previous supervising or leadership experience within a clinical setting
- Knowledge of human resources principles including hiring, training, and staff evaluations
- Experience managing budgets and inventory in a healthcare environment
- Background in nursing, hospital experience, or acute care is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and maintain positive relationships with staff and patients
