The Opportunity:
Working as a Finance Enterprise Partner, you will provide the necessary analytics and reporting support, set the context around the financial ambitions, and partner with teams to drive decision making within the commercial organization:
Develop and maintain financial reports to provide transparency to the broader organization
Partner and deliver transparent financial insights and analysis to drive value and outcomes in the business through deep customer-centered understanding of financial and business realities
Stimulate an environment to support experiments, rapid iterations and ability to scale
All the above, to deliver on organizational outcomes and achieve our Roche vision
Together with a self-managed Finance team:
Contribute to a self-aligning team of finance professionals, and contributes to the wider Pharma International Finance Network
Craft the narrative of financial health and performance to share across the organization at all levels
Maintain the books with fiduciary responsibilities such as reconciliation of accounts, reporting, and consolidations
Identify industry trends and potential business opportunities and risks; generating meaningful market insights, contributing to the long-term sustainability of the affiliate
Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities/projects
Who you are:
You are passionate about the impact on patients you can have. As a self-managed team, you are a team player who has an entrepreneurial mindset to experiment, innovate, and learn. You are a self-starter and energized by new learning, and challenging the status quo.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience with a minimum bachelors in finance or related field
Analytical incl. Business modeling & scenario analysis, number driven, a problem solver,
Ability to challenge the status quo and striving for continuous improvement
Able to form meaningful relationships and influence key stakeholders to enhance business performance
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical / Healthcare landscape is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and by developing & delivering engaging presentations highlighting financials
MS office / gSuite knowledge prerequisite in particular Excel / gSheet (data analysis, reconciliation, financial modeling)
SAP knowledge or other ERP accounting systems is a plus, but not required
