Product Assembly Technician
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical enclosures according to specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, work orders, specifications, and related documentation.
- Use hand tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
- Inspect assembled products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with requirements.
- Review work activities and progress with supervisors as needed.
- Assist in overseeing assembly operations and maintaining production standards.
- Package finished products for shipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience using hand tools is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in an environment with varying noise levels.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
