About Us
Pearl Builders Group is a commercial and residential real estate project management company built on over 20 years of senior leadership experience. From complete new builds to refurbishments and fit-outs, we manage projects end-to-end — construction through property management — with a full design/build approach.
The Role
We're looking for a relationship-driven professional to be the face of Pearl Builders after the sale — the go-to person homeowners trust with questions about finishes, design, and their home experience. You'll also help grow our brand presence through social media, home shows, and industry relationships with designers, agents, and contractors. It's a role for someone who's equally comfortable on a job site inspecting cabinetry as they are running a marketing campaign.
What You'll Do
Homeowner Relations
- Be the primary post-sale contact for homeowners, resolving inquiries about finishes, design, and aesthetics promptly and professionally
- Inspect completed work to confirm it meets company standards and homeowner expectations
- Investigate and resolve issues with interior finishes — paint, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to close out post-sale issues efficiently
- Conduct follow-up calls and visits to check in on satisfaction and gather feedback
- Advise homeowners on maintaining their interior finishes
- Keep detailed, accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the CRM
Marketing & Relationship Building
- Manage social media marketing and represent Pearl Builders at home shows
- Build and maintain relationships with designers, real estate agents, and contractors
- Develop, execute, and track marketing campaigns across social, email, and digital channels
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; degree in interior design, architecture, marketing, or related field preferred
- Sales experience (in-home sales in construction or interior design a plus)
- Background in customer service, after-sales support, or construction — especially around interior finishes
- Solid grasp of interior design principles and current trends
- Strong communicator and negotiator who builds trust easily
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with design software and CRM tools a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple leads/files at once
What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Healthcare benefits package
- Real career growth within a growing company
