We are seeking a motivated Carpenter / Site Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position for an individual who can coordinate day-to-day site activities while actively participating in construction work.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site operations
- Lead by example and work alongside trades and subcontractors
- Perform carpentry and general construction work
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site
- Coordinate deliveries, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor project quality, schedule, and productivity
- Identify and communicate site issues promptly
- Complete daily site reports and documentation
- Work closely with project managers, clients, and trade partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience
- Carpentry experience required
- Foreman or leadership experience considered an asset
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- $28.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
